The Universal Banker plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as a single point of contact for a variety of banking needs. This role combines the responsibilities of a teller and a personal banker, including processing transactions, opening new accounts, and educating clients on bank products. 

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services, including checking, savings, money market accounts, loans, and digital banking tools. 
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, process service requests, and respond to inquiries in a professional, solutions-oriented manner. 
• Actively cross-sell banking products and services based on customer profiles and needs. 
• Suppoort daily branch operations and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Maintain knowledge of all banking products, policies, procedures, and current promotions. 

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. 
• 1+ years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales. 
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with banking
